I would like to commend the staff at SAGEC North for their exemplary demeanor with their patients. I am a returning patient for the colonoscopy procedure with Dr. Joseph Johnson, this being my 4th procedure, performed early this morning (11-30-16). The entire staff is warm and friendly toward each patient, placing the patient at ease and made to feel welcome. Their personal interaction with the patient is very much appreciated. Dr. Joe Johnson is, in a word, wonderful, and an expert in his field. Thank you very much.
Just a note to commend the entire staff who tended my needs last Friday morning! From my arrival time at 6:15 until my discharge at 8:35, I truly had a wonderful experience. Everyone was friendly, professional, caring, considerate, and very kind! The entire facility was run like clock-work yet never did I feel like just a number!! Thank you ever so much to each and all.
Wednesday I had a colonoscopy at the Sonterra Blvd facility. The staff and facility were exceptional. Happily tell my family and friends about how well I was treated both medically and personally. It is nice to have such a fine facility and medical staff in our neighborhood.
I just completed my Colonoscopy this a.m. and I am sure I shouldn’t be taking this survey because it said not to handle any machinery and let my wife take care of me all day. Wooo Hooo, but, being of sound mind I thought I would…

First let me say that the lady that I checked in with was very courteous, professional and for a wet Monday morning in a great mood. It was a real pleasure dealing with someone that
early on a Monday morning with that much enthusiasm and professionalism. She gets 5 Stars in my book.
Second I was greeted by Jennifer the nurse and she too was very professional, courteous and had a great attitude. She just had to put up with me and she was great. She also get’s 5 STARS.
Then I met Carol the nurse in the procedure room. What a pleasure. Cheerful, attentive to my needs as a patient and very nice to talk with early on a Monday morning. She get’s 5 STARS.
Then I met Stephen in the procedure room. He was very good as well making sure I was comfortable and explained some of the procedure. I felt like I was in good hands. He get’s yep 5 STARS.
Next was the Anesthesiologist Ann Marie, we talked while I was waiting for the Dr. to come in and I felt very comfortable and at ease. She really took the anxiety away by comforting me while I was waiting for the Dr. to start. Then the meds she gave me. Wow, I asked for a script never had any better sleep. (Ha, Ha) of course you know what her response was. Again 5 Stars.
Then finally Dr. Franklin came in and introduce himself. Very professional, and such a gentle and pleasing personality. He was great, asked his Dr. questions and post procedure came in with the results of the test. Very positive. He get’s 10 Stars. Just because he is a Dr. Ha, Ha….
Then post procedure I became acquainted with Sofia. What a kind and compassionate nurse. She too made sure I was taken care of and I got in the car and off to home OK. 5 STARS.
You see in all this patient has nothing negative to say about the care I received from the Dr. and staff. Don’t want to have to do it again but, I will in 5 years hopefully not any sooner and my choice will be SAGEC.
Thanks for the care and professionalism of all that I came in contact this morning.
